Accounts
You're responsible for your account and login details.

We can suspend accounts for misuse. Don't be that person.
Subscription & Billing
Cashback runs on subscriptions. When you subscribe:
- +You agree to recurring billing
- +Auto-renews unless you cancel
- +Cancel anytime through your account
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
Got an issue? Contact us BEFORE doing a chargeback.
Fraud = suspension. Keep it real.
Money-Back (Annual)
For annual plans, we may offer conditional refunds. You might need:
12 months active
Multiple valid claims
Claims reached payout
No fraud

Liability Limits
Cashback isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Got beef? Contact us first.
Can't work it out? Individual arbitration. No class actions where law allows.
Changes
We can update these terms. Keep using Cashback = you accept the new terms.
